Sunny Rhyl Sea Fishing Diary

Sunny Rhyl Allotment - 2007

Next step was to get some manure for the plot.

I had a word with George at Min-y-Morfa Farm and he kindly pointed me in the direction of a huge pile of rotting pig muck.

4 bags were quickly filled. The smell was to die for, which has got to be a good thing!

With the addition of some straw for weed supression, I thanked George and headed off to B+Q to buy some small picket fencing for the border.

Back home and the maure was spread over the plot and loosely dug in. The straw was spread around 2 of the edges.

The fencing was erected, and whilst it looks good, I fear that the cats are going to have a field day in the 'giant litter tray'!

Happy Days!!
