Today saw a stroll along the Cob between Rhyl and Rhuddlan. Long before the advent of Playstations and Xbox's, most local residents have at one time or another enjoyed a summers walk from Rhyl to Rhuddlan along the Cob of the River Clwyd. The usual drill is a thirst sapping outward walk with the thought of an ice cream in Rhuddlan to keep you going. Maybe a stroll around Rhuddlan Castle and then a sitdown on Twt Hill. Then the painful return trip back to Rhyl. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing way to escape the crowds on a bank holiday in Rhyl. I must bring my rod next time!!!!
Happy Days!!!!
