Bait: Frozen Lug, Frozen Mackerel
The plan today was to fish a mixture of frozen Lug and frozen Mackerel on 2 rods.
On offer today could be Whiting, Dabs, Flounder, Codling or Dogfish.
3 hook flappers were the rigs of choice. One at range and the other close in.
A good surf was rolling in and the wind was strong and South Westerly.
No problems holding bottom with the 6oz gripper far out and the 3oz gripper on the lighter gear.
Thankfully there was no weed to spoil my fun.
There were no other people fishing today. Maybe they know something that I don't.
I had a knock on the Berkley Cherrywood spinning rod. I let it develop, but I reeled in a stripped bait and not much else.
High water came and went with no other activity.
This blanking is getting very repetitive now!!!!!
