Bait: Fresh Lug
Having had a great session here yesterday, I was keen to get back for a couple of hours.
Armed with some great looking fresh Lug from Geoffs, confidence was high.
In my rush to get out, I forgot to pack my Shakespeare Summit reel. So I was only able to get one rod out.
With no wind or surf, a 4oz lead was used along with a 3 hook flapper with size 1's.
It was a fantastic evening to be stood on a beach, with the sun shining and hardly a breath of wind.
It was no great hardship sticking it out for 2 hours but there was just nothing doing.
As the tide retreated, I headed home without having had the slightest of knocks.
