Venue - Llandudno North Shore
Tide - High
Time - Night
Bait: Fresh Yellow Tails, Mackerel, Crab
'Del The Tope' and I fished Llandudno North Shore from 2 hours before to 2 hours after high. We fished about 50 yards West of the first house.

In preperation for the trip, I collected some Yellow Tails on Rhyl Beach. Got enough worms to see us through.
Found a small conger eel of about 5lb's in difficulty. He was beached in a tiny gully, being fed only by fresh water from an outlet pipe. He was very lithargic, so I took him down to the low water mark and coaxed him back to life. With my good deed done, it was off to Llandudno........
Along with the Yellow Tails, we had some of fresh Blow Lug, mackerel and a few frozen peeler crabs.
Del was fishing 2 rods. One with a 4/0 Pennel, the other was a 2 hook flapper with 2/0's. I fished one rod with a 2 hook clipdown rig with 3/0's.
Battled throughout the session with the crabs.

Had lots of bites, I landed 4 Doggies and Del had 4 Doggies and a small Whiting.

I really enjoyed the session. The venue is easy to get to, with free car parking 50 yards from the high water mark, snag free and sheltered from the East and West by the Ormes. Great views of the Bay and on occasions like tonight, Sunsets straight out of a holiday brochure.

Happy Days!!!
