The Palace Hotel has dominated the west-end seafront for many years. With the decline in popularity of Rhyl as a tourist destination, it was recently sold to property developers. The result is quite startling! The run-down Hotel has been sensitively transformed into a luxury apartment block. Retaining most of the wonderful external features, this has to rank up there with the redevelopment of the Marina Hotel.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Rhyl's future is looking better by the day. Happy Days!!!!
