Bait: Fresh Yellow Tails

Fished Rhyl beach this evening, 1 hr before low to 2 hours after.

As Brian Hanrahan put it, 'I counted them all out and I counted them all back in'. He was referring to Harrier jets during the Falklands war. Tonight he would have been referring to my freshly pumped yellow tails. 3 hours and no bites, not even a crab. Each pairing of worms returned untouched.

With a big tide and a slight NW wind I was confident that I would be into fish throughout tonights session. As it turned out, it was just not meant to be. On the positive side, there was a sunset to die for and the lug were showing in abundance.
