Bait: Fresh Lug, Frozen Squid, Fresh Tiger Prawns
A strong westerly greeted me at Splash Point today.
Armed with some fresh Lug in addition to the best that Morrisons fish counter could muster
2 Rods were set up with 2 hook flappers.
Holding bottom was the problem. 6oz grippers were holding for a short time, only to end up being beached 80yds to my right.
Time and time again, my rigs were getting washed back in. Frustrating to say the least!
I did persevere for 3 hours, but I had to admit defeat to the conditions.
My first blank here in ages :(
