Bait: Fresh Lug
For a change, Splash Point was my chosen venue for a brief outing.
Spurred on by my recent sessions here, I returned for an hour over low.
Fresh Lug was fished on my Fladen Warbird using s 3 hook flapper with a 6oz gripper.
First cast and a Whiting was caught on the top hook.
Next cast and the rod was twtching like a good un.
A brace of Flounder emerged from the surf.
Only time for 1 final cast. This was un-eventful, so time to pack up and get off the beach before darkness fell.
Total for this brief session was 2 Flounder and 1 Whiting.
